Shipping Policy:

Regular orders will ship within 2-4 business days.

Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our manufacturing facility.

Shipping Methods:

• Normal: 7-10 working days (Free Shipping on orders over €75 – €4,99)

Please allow for delays that are beyond our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather and mail delays.

We are not responsible for any customs clearance or fees associated with your purchase.

We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to the sender – this can often take 4 to 6 weeks and the chances of the package getting lost on that journey are quite high.

If your order cannot be legitimately delivered, it will normally be returned to the sender (us) and we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will resend your order free of charge.

The reason we cannot resend any lost package until we receive it back to the sender is because as we grow, we receive more fraudulent “lost package” emails. Our margins are not exorbitant and when that happens, it really hurts.
